Method
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (about 350°F).
- Place the flour, sugar, cooking oil, water, baking powder, baking soda, bananas, and chopped peanuts or cashews into a large bowl.
- Mix well until the batter comes together into a smooth, pasty consistency.
- Transfer the batter into a lightly greased loaf tin and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf and remove the bread when it comes out clean.
