Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to place dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
