1/2 cup Fresh Blueberry
1 cup Apple Juice | |
2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
3 tablespoon Agar-Agar Powder |
Steps:
Place molds in the freezer to chill so candies set faster.
Blend the Fresh Blueberry (1/2 cup) with Apple Juice (1 cup) in a blender until smooth.
Strain with a fine-mesh sieve, using a spoon to press the liquid from the pulp.
In a small saucepan, whisk together the strained liquid with Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon) and Agar-Agar Powder (3 tablespoon).
Bring to a simmer while stirring constantly. Simmer for 3 minutes while whisking to avoid lumps.
Remove the mixture from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Using a dropper, fill the molds with the liquid and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove candies from the molds and enjoy! |
