125 gram Unsalted Butter | |
200 gram Cream Cheese | |
3/4 cup Caster Sugar | |
2 Egg | |
3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour | |
6 tablespoon Lemon | |
3 Food Coloring | |
1 cup Powdered Confectioners Sugar | |
to taste Lemon |
Steps:
Into a mixing bowl add and mix the Unsalted Butter (125 gram), Caster Sugar (3/4 cup), Cream Cheese (200 gram), and Egg (2). | |
Next add in the All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), and mix everything together. | |
Then add in the Lemon (3 tablespoon) and Yellow Food Coloring (3). Mix everything together until combined. | |
Into a baking pan lined with baking paper and greased with oil, pour in the lemon batter. Even out the surface, and bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 20 minutes. | |
While the brownies cool off, proceed to prepare the icing. Into a bowl, add in and mix the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Lemon (3 tablespoon). | |
Spread the icing over the surface of the brownie. Sprinkle over with some Lemon (to taste), and freeze for about 10 minutes | |
Cut into pieces and serve! |
