Cinnamon Toast Crunch Fritters

1 box White Cake Mix
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
to taste Ground Cinnamon
to taste Caster Sugar
as needed Canola Oil
1 cup Powdered Confectioners Sugar
2 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
In a large bowl mix the White Cake Mix (1 box) according to your box instructions, just as if you’re making a cake!
Now, stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) to the wet batter, mix well to combine! Then, Fold in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal (3 cup) until it’s incorporated and chunky.
Heat Canola Oil (as needed) to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Scoop a generous spoonful of the batter, and drop it directly into the hot oil, and fry until golden on all sides, and firm.
While they’re cooling, make the glaze by mixing up the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Milk (2 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled fritters, sprinkle over with some Ground Cinnamon (to taste) and Caster Sugar (to taste).
