3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups raw milk
3 large eggs (separated)
1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence
1/3 cup granulated sugar
11 ounces Jackson Vanilla Wafers
2 medium Bananas
Bring a heavy bottom saucepan and mix in flour with sugar.
Gradually, add in the raw milk. Now cook the mixture at low heat until the solution gets thick and comes to a boil.
Get a small bowl and beat eggs in it with a hand blender or an electric one. I will go for the electric one as it makes the mixture smooth and well combined.
Then stir the beaten egg yolks as a whole in the saucepan. Boil for 2-5 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
Combine the vanilla essence with this mixture.
Take a small mixing bowl and beat the egg whites with the blender until it gets fluffy.
Then add sugar to this foamy mixture. Beat well.
Take the souffle or the serving dish and fill the bottom with the Jackson Vanilla Wafers. Also, slice the banana in thin slices and place these slices at the bottom.
Pour in the cooked mixture and spread the top with the fluffy and beaten egg white.
Bake your pudding mixture in the oven for 15-20 minutes. After baking and air, cooling let it get chilled in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Garnish just however you like it to be with chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.
You can also store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
